Cameron grew up in Bracebridge, in the Heart of Muskoka, before attending law school at Windsor Law. After graduating from Windsor Law Cameron worked at a premier full-service law firm in Windsor where he gained valuable experience in a wide range of litigation, including corporate/commercial litigation, construction lien litigation, family law litigation, and real estate and property related litigation. In addition to litigation, Cameron also obtained a strong foundation in corporate law, wills and estate planning, and real estate.
In 2013, Cameron joined a law firm in Bracebridge, where he continued to develop his law practice, which focused on residential, waterfront and commercial real estate transactions, corporate services, wills and estate planning and a wide variety of litigation matters.
Growing up in Muskoka has provided Cameron with an intimate and unique knowledge of the area, which provides him with the ability to provide sound advice and guidance to those who are looking to purchase or sell real estate in the area. When he is not working Cameron enjoys spending time with his wife Kaitlyn and their two children, Zoe and Leo. He also loves the outdoors, playing hockey, golf, and cycling.
Christine is an associate at Hoos Law Professional Corporation and began her career with the firm in 2018. Christine assists clients in a wide range of practice areas which primarily include real estate, wills and estates and corporate law. Christine enjoys the variety and complexity of her work here in Muskoka and the unique challenges it brings.
Christine completed her articles at a law firm in Huntsville and was called to the Bar of the Law Society of Ontario (LSO) in 2017. Shortly thereafter, she worked at a law firm in Bracebridge where she further developed her legal skills and began making connections in the community.
Christine attended law school abroad in London, England where she obtained a law degree (LL.B.) from Queen Mary University of London. During her time there, she was a member of the QMUL Pro Bono Society and involved in community fundraising projects in the East End of London. Prior to law school, Christine obtained both a Masters degree in Legal Studies and B.A. Honours degree in Law from Carleton University in Ottawa.
It is evident from her education that Christine has always had a passion for the law and is eager to assist her clients with their legal needs. Christine has a strong understanding of her client’s perspective and strives to ensure a harmonious working relationship with each individual. Christine takes pride in finding practical solutions and providing clients with customized and effective service.
Despite being born and raised in Brantford Ontario, Christine has a strong connection to Muskoka from spending the summers at her family cottage in Huntsville since a young age. She has chosen Muskoka as a place to put down roots and is thrilled to be living and working here.
Christine has continued her community involvement here in Bracebridge as a member of the Rotaract Club of Muskoka since 2017. Outside of work, Christine enjoys spending time with her family and friends, travelling, and exploring beautiful Muskoka.
